If you have any issues with your jewelry, please send it to the address below, along with a copy of your receipt showing that you purchased it within 90 days. We’ll repair it for free.

If you have any issues with your jewelry after 90 days, we offer repair (replace if not repairable) for Bracelets $50.00 and all other applicable products $30.00. This covers standard shipping and handling.

Refunds are not available for pieces once purchased. If your jewelry is in the same condition as it was when you purchased it, you may exchange it for a piece of equal value .Hydra Tune Bottles and In-Soles do not have a replacement warranty.
